You can define your organization structure inside Vlens portal, managing permission levels on different organization department & sub department.
Create organization unit/department, create sub-units under each unit, add users on each unit/sub-unit, and assign role on each unit/sub-unit while role automatically would be inherited from the unit to all users under it.
Click on add root unit to view next window
Create Organization tree
Add Root Unit(s)
Click Save and define new roots
Add Sub-unit(s)
Add sub-unit to existing root unit or sub-unit
Your Organization tree is ready
Once you finish whole organization tree, start adding members on each sub-unit.
Click on Add member to move to following window
Add members to selected sub-unit
You can search by name or mail, then after selecting all members in this sub-unit, click save.
Assign Role to each sub-unit
You can assign role on each sub-unit, as well you can override this role for specific users "if needed" by assigning role to them individually.
